The lift is too small, hardly let two people in, with or without luggage. The hotel charges. Better if it has small refrigerator.

Hotel was exceptionally comfortable and incredibly friendly, I really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfectly fine with a nice size rooms. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, a multi-channel television, and a study table. The staff was competent plus the location was convenient.

The bathroom is uncomfortably small, especially for taller guests!!! The bedhead's rough edges and uneven floor could use some attention!!!

I was happy with my stay in Arco Antico. The staff was very helpful, the breakfests very good and room was clead every day.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the railway station and the main tourist sights of Florence. The rooms were clean and comfortable,the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.There were no problems when we asked for an early breakfast.

It is on the top floor of an old building and only has a very tiny lift but this is ok if you are happy to use it one at a time.Rooms facing the street can be very noisy.
